Privacy & Anonymity
Are Wyoming LLCs private and anonymous?+
Yes. Unlike many states, Wyoming does not require the disclosure of member or manager information in public filings. Your personal information remains private and is not entered into any public database.
Is my information entered into any public database?+
No. The Wyoming Secretary of State only knows who organized the company — that's us, as your registered agent. Your name does not appear on the formation documents.
Is it wrong to want anonymity for my LLC?+
Not at all. You have a legal right to keep business affairs private. There's nothing to gain by displaying wealth or business activity publicly. Privacy is a legitimate business strategy.
Can I use my Wyoming LLC to own an LLC in another state?+
Yes. Your anonymous Wyoming LLC can be the publicly listed owner of an LLC in another state, maintaining your personal anonymity even where disclosure is required.

How much does it cost to file?+
Our service is $99 + the $102 Wyoming state filing fee (online). This includes all necessary documents, first-year registered agent service, and ongoing support.
Are LLCs taxed in Wyoming?+
No. Wyoming has no state income tax, corporate tax, or franchise tax. LLCs are pass-through entities for federal tax purposes.
What are the ongoing requirements?+
A single $60 annual report filed with the Secretary of State. We'll remind you and can file it for you.
Can a Wyoming LLC have an out-of-state address?+
Yes. You only need a registered agent with a Wyoming address. The LLC's principal address can be anywhere.

Does this setup work in all states?+
Yes. Wyoming LLCs can conduct business in all 50 states. You can register as a foreign LLC where required while maintaining your Wyoming base and privacy protections.
Will I need to register in my home state?+
If you're physically operating in another state, you'll typically need to register there as a foreign LLC. We can handle that filing for you.
